Yesterday I went for lunch at my friends house, she and her sister had cooked us a yummy roast dinner so I had an excuse to get dressed on a Sunday, something's I sometimes don't do - lazy! It was a rather warm autumn day with a few showers so I threw on this patterned dress from Primark with the burgandy jumper over the top. For me it worked because it was still bright but autumnal with the print of the dress and the deep colour of the jumper. I paired the outfit with my new bargain boots from Primark which you may have seen in one of my more recent posts. 

It was warm enough to go with tights but I did throw some into my bag incase I got cold. The outfit worked better without tights anyway so I was glad of it. Yet again there is a lack of jewelry going on but since it was a Sunday I will excuse myself. In this outfit I am wearing ALL Primark and didn't even notice until someone asked where the dress was from. 

I'm loving the whole jumpers over dresses trend and can't wait to keep rocking this look throughout autumn as it looks super cool and slouchy but its so easy and comfortable. I also decided to give my new RiRi for MAC lipstick in Nude it's first wear, it's a bit of an odd colour but I personally like it due to it still being dark yet neutral. My mum isn't so keen, what do you think?
