topshop lip bullet: review and swatches

My first lip bullet from Topshop came in the form of Heartbeat, I don't own much Topshop make up but I have seen good reviews. I chose Heartbeat because basically there was hundreds of people crowded around the counter and I couldn't be bothered with hanging around in somebodys way so I just grabbed the brightest looking colour I could see from where I was stood.

Topshop describes Heartbeat as a 'peachy pink' and I would agree, there's definately some orange tones in there. I've found the application was easy and the bullet itself has quite good pigmentation, its a very creamy lip colour so you can imagine the kind of finish it gives, its not a highly pigmented matte colour.

So far, I like it for the daytime as being a cream its more sublte and doesn't dry the lips out, however it's important to ensure any dry skin has been buffed away before application as the cream formula can show up any cracking or dryness. Overall it's quite a nice product to have in my lip collection but I don't know if I'll purchase another, if I did I'd definitely chose a nude colour over anything for a natural daytime look.

What do you think of the Topshop Lip Bullets?
